About the Presentation
We are all biased. It makes us human. But it also negatively affects our decision making and the ability for others to participate and thrive. In this presentation, we'll look at some forms and examples of bias and how we might counteract them in a systemic manner. This matters for FRC as it allows teams to expand and include everyone who wants to be involved.
